  1. Details of our vehicle and it’s storage is published on our Facebook page. If you have concerns about its capacity and your requirements, please raise this while making your booking, or consider a van service. We do not take responsbility if your requirements are too large for a car.
  2. Drivers for airport pickups will arrive at the airport for the designated arrival time, and not before.
  3. Flight delays of more than 2 hours incur a fee CLP$1000 per hour to cover parking costs. We cannot assure you that we have availability to wait longer than this time
  4. Drivers for airport pickups will wait near the exit of the airport arrivals with a sign. If you cannot find the driver, please wait there.
  5. Payment is in Chilean pesos on day of service or by pre-arranged bank transfer payable prior to service. We do not accept credit cards, cheques or foreign currency.
  6. Prices inclusive of road tolls, driver wait time and petrol.
  7. Some tours are weather dependent.
  8. We strive to get you to your destination on time, however sometimes this is not always possible.
    We do not take responsibility for traffic conditions or accidents that might cause a delay en route. It is up to you to make sure that you book enough time in advance
  9. Transfer prices published are based on SANTIAGO addresses. These prices do not apply to locations outside of Santiago or to different comunas (such as Chicureo).
  10. Drivers may not always speak English for airport transfers. If this is your requirement, please raise this at the time of booking.
  11. We do not accept phone calls outside of our regular normal hours. We attend the phone between 9am and 7pm Monday to Sunday.
