Just touched down in Chile’s capital? Then tick all the top sights off your list with one of our customizable, private tours. The following include private transfers from your hotel and can accommodate walking difficulties.

1) Santiago Classic – We explore the historical central square known as the Plaza de Armas, the presidential palace of La Moneda, and the spectacular Cerro San Cristobal hill, where you can ride to the top in a cable car or in the steep funicular train.

2) Santiago Discovery – We wander the cobblestone paths of Barrio Brasil and the romantic corners of Barrio Concha y Toro, and the historical quarter of Barrio Yungay. We finish at the Memory Museum (Museo de la Memoria) which chronicles Chile´s tragic past during the years of the dictatorship.

3) Santiago Small & Local Tour – shopping tour that takes you to the best places to buy locally made and Chilean-inspired gifts from small businesses. This tour takes you to the Los Dominicos market, Bellavista and Barrio Italia (where you can also learn about the chocolate making process by award-winning local chocolate factory, Obolo).

4) Santiago Barrios – Go off-track in our signature tour. Photographers and artists will revel in the street art and bohemian vibe of Bellavista, which shoppers will also appreciate thanks to its high selection of locally made handicrafts. We visit the metaphorical heart of the city, La Vega central market, to learn about Chilean cuisine, as well as the General Cemetery – one of the largest in South America – to uncover some of Santiago´s darkest and most interesting secrets. We then visit Cerro Blanco hill, former site of Ines de Suarez´s first religious shrine in Chile and the Piedras Tacitas, the largest collection of pre-Columbian rock holes in all of the America´s. Here you also have the opportunity to learn about the original people of Chile, such as the Mapuche and Aymara, to whom this hill is sacred.
